At Glowee, we are committed to helping you keep your dental appliances clean, fresh, and crystal clear. We believe in the effectiveness of our ultrasonic cleaning technology, and we recommend using it for at least 14 days to experience its full benefits.

If you’re not fully satisfied after 14 days — and within 60 days of receiving your order — you can request a full money-back guarantee. Simply reach out to us at Hello@glowee-smile.com and our support team will guide you through the return process. To speed things up, please include your Order Number or the name and email address used when placing the order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified. If canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products and want you to shop with confidence. If, after using Glowee for at least 14 days, you’re still not happy with the results, you can return it within 60 days for a full refund. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

All orders are carefully packaged, but if your item arrives defective or physically broken, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Send a clear photo of the damage to Hello@glowee-smile.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Please note: damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or cosmetic packaging dents is not covered.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days, and shipping is always free. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its progress. While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or lost/stolen packages. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If the wrong address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we may be unable to resend or refund the order.
