Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order once it’s placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to our shipping carrier. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on your location and begins once your order has shipped. Typical transit times are:

🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days

🇨🇦 Canada: 7–12 business days

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

🇦🇺 Australia: 7–12 business days

🌍 International: 10–15 business days (customs may cause delays)

Please note: shipping carriers may sometimes experience delays outside our control, especially during peak periods or due to customs clearance.


Order Changes and Address Accuracy

It is important to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing and changes are not guaranteed. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days.

Delayed Deliveries

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed to the courier, it is in their care. If your order is lost or stolen, please notify us at Hello@glowee-smile.com and we will assist you in contacting the courier to file a claim. While Glowee is not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit, we’ll do everything we can to help resolve the issue. In some cases, a replacement may be offered depending on the situation.
